Shipping policy
Brady Ellison store reserves the right to reject the order in case the item is no longer in stock or clearly incorrect prices that may arise in the event of errors in automated downloads, which we will notify you of as soon as possible. In case of confusion, verification of information or ensuring the correct delivery, we may call you at the phone number you entered at the time of placing the order.
The goods will be prepared within the agreed time limit and sent to your address. You will also be notified, we will send you a "Your order is fullfiled" notice to your e-mail address. In case you have ordered goods that cannot be delivered within the promised time limit for unforeseeable reasons, we will inform you of the new delivery time by telephone or e-mail address.
If the delivery period is very long and the customer does not want to wait, the customer can report it to the info.bradyellisonarchery@gmail.com to remove the item from the order.
BE store assumes no responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or from the non-delivery of items that BE store does not hold in its own warehouse, unless BE store or the person responsible for the company intentionally or negligently.
